What exactly is 'natural wine'?
Natural wine is made from grapes grown organically or biodynamically, fermented with native yeasts, and produced with little to no additives or sulfites. It is wine in its purest, most transparent form.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day to ensure a successful first delivery attempt.
How do you ensure the wine isn't damaged during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, insulated packaging designed to protect against temperature fluctuations and breakage. During extreme heat or cold, we may hold your order until conditions are safe for transit.
Are all your wines vegan-friendly?
Most of our natural wines are vegan as they are typically unfiltered and unfined. However, we recommend checking the specific product description or contacting us if you have concerns about specific fining agents.
What is your return policy for 'corked' or damaged bottles?
While natural wines can have unique flavor profiles, if you believe a bottle is flawed or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.
How should I store my natural wine?
Because natural wines have fewer preservatives, they are more sensitive. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place (ideally 55°F) and keeping them refrigerated once opened.
