Hirsute Perigord Blanc 2020

All three varietals are hand-harvested, the Sauv Blanc spends 48 hours on its skins while the Chenin and Semillon are directly pressed. Aged on fine lees. Golden in color with fresh hints of citrus and herbs on the nose.
