Sammay Blanc 2023

A textural, seaside-inspired Catalan white made with native varieties from parcels rooted in clay and limestone. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on the lees for nearly a year in stainless steel and fiberglass, this is a no-SO₂, skin-contact wine that brings a subtle grip and salinity without sacrificing freshness. It's Oriol's entry-level white, but still speaks clearly of Alella's granite-rich soils and Mediterranean influence.
