P VDF Red 2023 - A vibrant natural red bursting with bright cherry, tart berries, and saffron, balanced by nutty aromatics and a mineral-driven, spicy finish.

Lulu 2023 - Organic Gamay undergoes a 150-day maceration and spontaneous fermentation in anfora, followed by 12 months in neutral oak. Complex notes of red currant, blackberry, and raspberry with a hint of smoke and a smooth, juicy tannic finish.

Festejar! Rosé - Sparkling rosé with ripe berry fruit flavors, creamy notes, light acidity and refreshing lemony finish.

"Festejar!" VDF Pét-Nat Blanc - A lively pét-nat blanc built around freshness and easy drinkability, blending four Jura-grown varieties into a bright, naturally sparkling white. Bottled under crown cap to finish fermentation in bottle, the wine keeps things light and energetic, with gentle bubbles and a clean, dry profile.

"Môl" VDF Rouge - A free-form red from Domaine la Bohème, blending multiple varieties into a loose, expressive Vin de France. Fruit is sourced from different sites and fermented naturally, letting each grape bring its own shape and energy to the mix.

Patrick and Justine cultivate 8 hectares of extraordinary vines in Saint-Georges-sur-Allier, including some pre-phylloxera survivors, plus 1.6 hectares in South Beaujolais.

Their zero-compromise approach, minimal intervention, zero sulfites, and pure expressions of place results in wines with incredible energy and authenticity.
